Comparative Analysis of Various Defect Tracking Systems

In many software projects, bug tracking systems (or defect tracking systems) play a central role: they allow users to communicate with developers to let them know about any problems and to request new features. In addition, developers can keep track of any unresolved bugs and request more information from users. However, most bug tracking systems are far from perfect. the none of them can be treated as the best one, for the general solution. Every of them have some advantages and disadvantages. Some of them have some feature more than others but in the general, the set of features are the same. This paper makes a comparative study of various defect tracking tools available.
